Job Title: IT Mentor

Location: Various throughout London, Surrey & Berkshire
Summary of main purpose of role:
To deliver excellent customer service, support, guidance to ITQ Learners.
Deliver targets and maintain high company’s standards.
Key Responsibilities:
- · Guiding,
supporting and motivating learners throughout their learning journey.
- Delivering presentation and supervising group activities.
- · Setting
and marking work, giving appropriate feedback and maintaining records of
learners’ progress and development.
- · Implementing
an instructional learning program that will result in learners achieving
qualifications.
- · Booking
appointments and contacting learners to discuss course progression and
attendance.
- · Maintaining
filing system and collecting required documentation.
- · Assuring
learners’ awareness regarding company policies, procedures and regulations.
- · Assisting in
the development and maintenance of effective administrative procedures and
systems which are appropriate to the needs of the organisation.
- · Identifying
eligibility requirements and collecting required documentation.
- · Maintaining
high standards and accuracy during enrolment procedures.
- · Coordinating
assessment processes.
- · Completing
ILPs, progress reviews, and support logs.
- · Delivering
excellent customer service and support for the learners.

- · Proven
ability to work under pressure, multi-task and achieve targets
- · Competency ITQ
- · Higher education qualification and work experience in a similar role
