ARE YOU A CHEF? DO YOU WANT TO WORK IN THE UK?
An internationally renowned group of traditional French brasseries are recruiting.
The client is looking for Demi Chefs de Partie, Chefs de Partie, and Sous chefs (with a minimum of two-years of relevant experience).
Applicants should have A La Carte experience and be capable of cooking for around 100+ covers at any one sitting.
The client has 30 brasseries, mainly based across Southern England, with a rapid expansion plan & will be taking on chefs now and throughout 2017.
All candidates MUST have some level of English. - Fluent English is preferred; however, consideration will be given to those with intermediate English.
Our client is offering and indefinite contract after a trial period of 3 months.
Chefs will be expected to work 8 shifts a week, each shift lasts 6 hours.
Chefs will have 2 days off a week.
The salaries are as follows:
* Demi Chef de Partie: £19,000 gross / year + tips
* Chef de Partie: £20,000 gross / year + tips
* Sous chef: £24,000 gross / year + tips
