our team at Thames View Construction company based in London.

The QS will be degree qualified in the relevant field,
previous work experience would be advantageous. The QS will help contribute to
the managing of costs relating to general building, refurbishment and civil
engineering projects, from the initial calculations to the final figures. This
is an excellent opportunity for a Quantity Surveyor to take their first step on
to the career ladder.

Requirements:

• Degree in equivalent sector

• Computer literate

• Knowledge of Building Regulations

• Driving Licence required

• Languages required: Lithuanian and English

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
